    Hi All,

    I’m new to fly fishing and am looking for any locations that would offer lessons.  I noticed the TPWD Fly Fishing course in Fredricksburg on 16 Oct, but I couldn’t make it.

    Is anyone aware of any other locations?  I noticed some of the outfitters were offering a 30 minute class last year, but haven’t seen anything posted recently.

    Mike,

    There are several great outfitters in the area. Chris Jackson’s Action Anglers (https://www.actionangler.net/post/learn-to-fly-fish)  and Chris Johnson’s Living Waters (http://livingwatersflyfishing.com/events/) are two that immediately come to mind. But there are many guides that provide excellent instruction depending on the species you want to target. Hope that helps.

    In addition to those places, Donavan at Reelfly could probably help you out, or Maybe Chris or Bonner at Gruene Outfitters.
