As a follow on to Ron’s last note- First and foremost thanks to the current Board and all you are wrestling with in this “new Normal”. Like several on this Forum, I am a 20 + year LAP Member and GRTU Volunteer and annually contribute well above the financial minimum annual LAP membership fee. I and others do this joyfully for the betterment of the fishery and the privilege to spend meaningful time on the GUAD. Past GRTU leadership and many on this Forum, have worked tirelessly to manage our organization through challenging financial conditions, GRBA flow agreement negotiations and numerous other significant issues throughout the years. We can all remember when having enough able bodies to support Stockings was a real concern.
In summary, I support a LAP registration process akin to Ron’s suggestion that provides priority access to “those of us who have supported the program the longest”- we still have allot to give…
