Thanks, all. Sorry for the issues. The preliminary precautions that we implemented with the server host let us down considerably. We pay extra to avoid this problem but the response was even greater. Our web guy was on the horn with them at 7am effecting to open the flood gates. Tell your buddies to buy one if they have not. Should sell out in a couple of hours.

Yes, it is unfortunate that we have to implement such regulations. We are making an effort to communicate the rules and regulations as clearly as possible to educate and reduce the amount of naiveness that results in infractions.
Hi all,
The three strike rule is is for people who violate the LAP rules. They will receive a warning for the first offense. One year ban for the second. And a five year ban for the third strike. Each incident will be reviewed before the punishment is given. Hopefully we won’t need to give any but we must protect our leases as we only have so many.

It takes about a week though some have gotten them faster. You should get them soon. The envelope is the size of a 4×6 postcard so be on the lookout.
We were restricted to selling the passes separately until the LAP sold out. We plan on offering guest and youth passes for sale online in the next day or so. You will be able purchase and print the guest pass as needed. Remember each LAP member is limited to 6 passes.

The new forum was created to remove the manual activation of each LAP member. This fell on one person and was one of the items that needed to be addressed during the rebuild. By automatically allowing LAP members to the restricted forum, we speed up the process and reduces the risk of us burning out another volunteer GRTU member by overworking them as they spend their free time keeping things running.
We’ll try and remedy some of the requests above. We potentially can adjust the styling so that it matches the old forum. We added PMs and plan on moving over some of the old content, which you may do yourself if you still have old forum access.
