I was there around noon today (my second spot). It was my first time at the Summit and caught 2 smaller fish. It isn’t real easy to get across the river where you need to fish but it was manageable for this 62 year old. It wasn’t on my top 5 list of spots and the water is pretty slow (but most places are these days).

Found a red and blue Ozark Trail bag on the river by Ponderosa today. Let me know what some of the contents are and I will get it back to you.

Thanks for the followup info. Just wanted to let you know about the wrong address for Rocky top #5 on the card that came in the packet. Take care and tight lines.

I did a little trip today looking at all the LAP access sites. I noticed the address for Rocky Top #5 on the printed card is the same as the Horseshoe River Lodge (which is the correct address). I know where the gate to Rocky Top Ranch is (on the left side of River Road after the 4th crossing) but was not sure if that is where we are supposed to enter so I didn’t try. How do you enter Rocky Top #5 and is it through the electronic gate (gate code?).

Are trout stocked at every Access site or just select places? I wanted to help on Friday but will not be able to due to prior commitments. Hopefully can do it next stocking.

Thanks Alex- I will keep watching for the announcement and then figure out how to volunteer to help.

I would like to attend some of the stockings since I am also new to LAP this year but I have not been able to find “when” the stockings will be. Has that info been released yet?

    Thank – Bob Lancaster
