Kevin – You are on the reissue list and Dustin is working with our outside guy who handles the mailing of the LAP packets this morning prior to heading out of country. We only had 2 returned for incorrect addresses and you weren’t one of those so yours is being reissued and will go out early this week. FYI – tried calling you but the number you used when joining TU is not a working number anymore. Please log into your TU account and update. Thanks. Bill

Kevin – Chris Johnson is not involved with the LAP or Membership. We did just elect him yesterday as the new Texas State Council Representative and he will be our Conservation Chair beginning now which was great news. Dustin is handling the LAP through early 2022 as he stated at the Chapter Meeting yesterday and is remaining on the Board and will be on the LAP Committee after he steps down from running it. I just emailed Dustin and will get back with you. Send me your phone number and email and I’ll provide you with the info when he responds to me. Bill Marshall

We will have 4 stockings of rainbows this year as long as the temps allow. There is a problem with getting the browns that Dan Cone will explain at the Nov. Chapter Meeting at L&L. So, the same amount of fish. We did not raise the price last year due to anything to with browns, they had been stocked for the 3 previous years already. And, we did not change the price this year up or down. Good luck on the river!
Jimbo is correct on GRTU Meetings and trying to make them more enticing and accessible. Our Nov 16th Meeting will be at Lazy L&L and feature a Tenkara class prior, Matt Bennett tying during and Alice Owsley as our guest speaker. Full info here – http://www.grtu.org/chapter-meeting/
We will have meetings (Chapter and/or evening mixers) in the future at Gordy & Sons in Houston and Tailwaters in Dallas. We want to reach out to our members across the state more effectively.
