3k-ish for a little bit now and for little longer too.
I bet this is a killer year on the guad!
As for deeper water and streamers, sink tip or full sinking line is gonna be the ticket I bet. FLouro tippets!
I noticed last year, as fo streamers, a browish crackley cone-headed bugger did the trick consistently, even when “nymphed” over a school of suckers, I stil got some pigs to shoot up over them to give a hardy take.
Thinking of tying this weekend to start getting ready and always have just smallish nymph fished the Guad, trying streamers sounds like fun. Any suggestions on proper wooly bugger sizes/colors to try during trout season? or any other streamer suggestions to tie up?
