Trey, never stayed there either but $39 is cheaper than L&L and Rio. I may do the same unless I find something cheaper.

I checked temps in person below L&L in the evening; was about 66. Was about 64 in the Kiddie Pool Sunday morning. Prob my last trip out this season due to temps.

Wild, I have never had any problems there. What a shame that area wont be stocked, it is literally some of the best habitat for trout.

I have fished and had fun on the Uncompahgre River in the town of Ridgeway, near Montrose. It is a tailwater so should be good year round for the most part.

San Juan river is good at Navajo dam a bit from Durango.

Rio Grande at Creede is my favorite, but youd have to check the flows that time of year. Same with any of the rivers around Pagosa or Durango.

Flows are up to 96 cfs; you all get some rain i somehow missed?
