    Just a thought experiment… Since the parking spots are limited, isn’t that possibly control enough? Say there’s no limit on memberships, so the numbers go from 850 to say 1050. Sure weekends will likely fill up earlier, meaning that the motivated fisher person will need to adjust, but at least that rewards the motivated fisher person and doesn’t penalize anyone. Equal opportunity for all who sign up. Pressure on the river limited as always by the parking spots.

    Just a thought… Would’t be any more work for the selfless volunteers who run this popular program, would increase the funding for river projects if not more stocking…

    Yes, The Cove, number 13. The GRTU site info post showed a big Cove sign at the entrance, not sure how long its been gone, just wanted to note it looks different than the original info/pictures on the forum post which shows each site/parking etc..

    Based on the title of the post, I think the LIVE auction was the question.. A friend who was online wanting to bid in the live auction gave up at 10 PM central.. I assume the live auction took place much later than originally planned, which was 8:15-9 central.
