Guides on river should be charged a premium lease fee! Pressure on fish by guides is significant!
Survey was appreciated – thank you. It would have been helpful if survey included a comment section. Additional comment here: 1) We are Trout Unlimited. As such, it would seem appropriate to stress fish as little in transportation as possible, avoid long distance hauls (e.g. Nebraska?), and avoid kill rate, which did occur this year; 2) Avoid double stockings at same time, river flow rarely supports this and fish simply stack up; 3) Stop stocking at public sites (e.g., L&L, Rio Raft) or highly limit number of trout at these sites; 4) Seek new stocking sites further away from public sites; 5) Create helpful fly fishing guidelines, possibly assisting newer sportsman to the club, offering insight when fly fishing near and with other fly fishers, fish handling, healthy release, etc.; 5) Work with state for this section of water to further limit take rate numbers and or size and work with game wardens to police! I have never seen a game warden in 10 years; 6) Work with community and rental owners to educate public and guest regarding trout fishing plus catch and release practice and value; 7) Improve website, Easter egg hunt for information.

A FAQ stating how to open permission restricted map would be helpful as well. Why is the map permission restricted it you have to have a password even to access the forum?

No value contacting developer whatsoever. There will simply be too much traffic on this section and there will be absolutely no control on number of fish taken for backyard grills! Stop stocking here…! Let state stock.
These are farmed raised trout! They have been feed pellets since birth.
What was rush to stock? Outside temperatures and flows didnt support for either road trip or stocking? This just seems extremely odd and not in line with ensuring best trout or angler experience.
It also seems way too early to conduct a “healthy” release. Never a rush to do it right.
